This course is fairly well marked. Whomever is in charge of the course, changes the basket locations fairly frequently. The course is well kept. There are 2 or 3 baskets with water hazards, there is hilly terrain, some trees in the course, and half of the course is tree lined, with a community on the backside. One basket is near the street. I would rate the course at an intermediate level, designed for those who want to increase both proficiency and physical strength and stamina. Thre only downside is that, just as with many free places to play, it is a walking park, with people and animals that are not there for the sport, and may not be watching, so watch out for them, don't throw a disc when someone is too close.

Favorite disc golf location in town. Lots of wide open space, long throw lanes, varying terrain and basket locations, and a good place for a quick round with friends. Best suited for those with a little more driving strength, but still fun for beginners as well.

Very fun spot. As with every disc golf course I have visited in Rapid City, the patrons of this course were very friendly and polite.

A fine option on the south side of town, but a full 18 holes and more obstacles, like bushes would make it better. A couple signature holes with epic views and throws.
